Terms and Conditions

 Once you have booked a course, the deposit will not be refunded. It is the student's responsibility to communicate with Berserker Tactics about potential changes for the schedule such as the inability to make the course. Berserker Tactics will work with you to attend a course at a later date. Some other terms and conditions are stated below.

• If any questions arise about course description or how to register, email logan.arambel@berserkertactics.com.
• Berserker Tactics is a firearms training company and we treat our students like family. Any kind of unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying will be a dismissal from the course without a refund. 
• Students who create an unsafe environment for others or fail to follow the NRA safety guidelines will be dismissed from the course without a refund.  
• If a student has given false information about being able to legally be in possession of a firearm, that student will be dismissed from the course and proper authorities contacted.
